Coaching Services

Education Services
If you are not ready, comfortable with, or able to pay for ongoing 1:1 coaching, but desire to move in the direction of physical and/or mental health and healing, here are a number of great and affordable options to consider:
- Lifestyle Medicine education for you or your group: I currently offer presentations on the following topics: Foundations For Change, Stress, Sleep, Strengthening Your Immune System, Navigating the Grocery Store Isles, Moving From Anxiety to Peace, Depression, and Loving Your Brain. Knowledge, when applied, is power!
- 4-8 Week Group-based Educational Programs, either in-person or online: These experiences provide an atmosphere for education, support, encouragement, accountability, collective wisdom and insight, friendship, and so much more. You pay less for group-based education, but gain so much more.
